It SUCKS to have your birthday fall during quarantine. You can’t go out. You can’t gather with your friends. You can’t throw a party. Or can you??? Here are 21 fabulous virtual birthday party ideas for party people of all ages. Party on(line)! Excellent!
Host a Virtual Make-Your-Own-Pizza Party Pick up some pizza kits (dough, sauce, mozzarella) from a local pizza joint or grocery store and drop them off at all of the party attendees houses (if they’re comfortable with it). If they’re not comfortable with outside food, ask them to make some dough and create the kits at home so they can join the fun. Then connect everyone via Google Hangouts, Zoom or FaceTime and have them create their pizzas together! Try to finish up at the same time and then the guest can eat together as well.
Have a Virtual Cupcake Decorating Party Like the pizza party, just swap the savory for sweets! Bake, buy or have the guests bake cupcakes, supply frosting and sprinkles and fire up the FaceTime to decorate cupcakes together!

The app syncs up the movie on all of the attendees phones or tablets so you can watch at the same time and voice or text chat during the show. The Netflix Party extension on Chrome is similar to Rave. You can watch the same movie at the same time as your distant friends. It also has a chat room to connect during the viewing.
